• Spots are limited so you are registering your interest in attending the session.  Registering does not guarantee you will be selected to attend
• Preference is given to those who do not have hands-on exposure
• If you have attended a practice session recently, at the very least, you must not have attended a session with us within the past three (3) months
• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this event
• Spectators are not allowed.

This is an introductory session to assist those who do not have hands-on exposure to the PREP with a strong interest in policing.

On this day our trained fitness staff will demonstrate the components of the circuit portion of the PREP test where you will then receive hands-on exposure and technique assistance.  After that you will have the chance to participate in the shuttle run.  You are encouraged to push yourself as much as possible on this day and participate in all components in order to obtain as much exposure as possible.

Cancellations must be made via email to recruitingbureau@peelpolice.ca. Failure to do so will result in a 6 month time restriction from being able to participate in future sessions, even if already scheduled (exceptions may apply with provided details for the late cancellation).
